Watchmen Tree is a tree of life. It can fight hunger, end obesity, and climate change. It is a fruit tree but not any ordinary fruit tree. The Watchmen Tree have purposes. It gives life to mankind.
It’s in our true intention to make it go global. We want to reach 2.3 billion hungers worldwidth. Starting with one Watchmen Tree at a time. At this moment we are starting from Des Moines, IA. We putting our ideas and website together in September 2024.

A mature Watchmen Tree can produce up to 800 lbs of fruit depending on the breeding variety. Such as apple tree: A dwaft produce up to 200, semi dwaf up to 400 lbs, full size up to 800 lbs.

If you can’t afford to purchase one, we might able to assign a tree of your choice at low to no cost. We are relying on our donors and supporters to help match the fund so we can provide you the tree of life at a low to no cost.
You can pay fee of $95 to have someone plant it for you within local area.
If you truly can’t afford to pay the fee we will have our volunteers to plant it for you at low to no cost. Our philosophy is to focus on self managed. We are trying to avoid managing volunteers if possible. To manually manage volunteers to take care 10 of millions fruit trees everywhere will consume tremendous of resources.
We will work on online portal to connect you to volunteers. As of now our website is not capable of doing so.
When you replace 1/3 of the food intake with fruit and remove 1/3 of junk food from your diet you will change your health and your life. Fresh produce and fruit are often not on the table for many families. When we are hungry we will tend to eat what is available to us. So often, family are stacking up their pantry with junk food such as candy, cookies, chips, and pops, cheap calories…
Obesity is the mother of most diseases. It will lead to high cholesterol, high blood sugar, diabetes, kidney failure, blindness, back pain, joint pain, arthritis, heart attack, and whatever else you can think of.
To make a conversion, you must add your ordinary fruit tree to the Watchmen Tree Network map on our website. Define how your fruit tree will be used. You chose allow public picking or private only. Choose a food pantry or community it will go to or how you like to share it. Now your fruit tree has a greater purpose. It is no longer an ordinary tree. It is now a Watchmen Tree.
You must convert it to a Watchmen Tree. By adding your fruit tree to the Watchmen Tree Network map online. Define how your fruit tree will be use. Do you allow public picking or private, or you can choose what food pantry or community you will bring it to, or how you like to share it. Now it become a Watchmen Tree.
When you purchase a fruit tree from a store. Most of those tree are grafted. Most of those tree will take about 3 years before it produce fruits.
If you plant a tree from seed, it could take 5-10 years depending on the type of fruit tree.
In general, during the first season of planting, we recommend watering everyday for the first 3 weeks. then every couple days for a month, then every few days. It will do better if you water them everyday. but it’s not neccessary.
Once the roots establish, you don’t really need to water them. It will normally take care of itself. and of course, with a little extra help of water on those dry days, it will do much better.
Recommend pruning them twice a year to control the shape you like or to keep it low, or better fruit production. or just let it grow naturally.
Then you need to harvest them. This can be the most enjoying part of it.
